When you are an Agriculture teacher the announcements are a never ending thing. You have events at least once a week for the whole school year. Announcements can be done a lot of different ways: marker boards, meetings, just talking before class, sign up sheets, or a bulletin board. This year is the first time I have ever seen video announcements and it makes me so excited. This way you only record them once and you just show them for any class you have FFA students in or for all classes. You as the teacher don’t have to worry about forgetting anything or worrying about what you told one person and not the other. This also helps you get into a routine when you start class every time because soon students come in and wait for your announcements.

- Joke of the day
- Play games through announcements
- One game he played was balderdash and gave away prizes to students who had the best answers. He would also read their answers to the class to keep it interesting.
- Celebrity birthdays
- Students birthdays
- Singing songs
- Playing older music for them
